Hi! I’m sorry if you have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis heel pain.

Gregg LaughlinMy name is Gregg Laughlin. I’ve assembled in this website, in plain English, what I think you’ll agree is the most relevant, useful information on this topic that you will ever come across. But, only a few short years ago I had never even heard the words ‘Plantar Fasciitis’ or ‘Heel Spurs’, let alone have any idea what they meant.

Here’s what changed all that and why I created this website. This is my story.

I was stricken with Plantar Fasciitis a couple years back while doing leg-building exercises at the gym (while wearing really cheap worn-out shoes). And by strange co-incidence one of my good friends got Plantar Fasciitis just a few weeks before me. His family doctor had treated him with a painful cortisone injection into his foot. The injection took his pain away for a couple weeks, but his symptoms soon started coming back.

So I went to see a podiatrist who treated me with a hard-orthotic and told me to rest it a little if I could. In the next month I took many days off of work and lost well over a thousand dollars in earnings. But as soon as I worked a few hours again, my symptoms came back.

Realizing I HAD to do something, I started getting treatment ideas off the web. One of the contraptions I bought actually made my foot hurt more!

I was glugging way more Aleve tablets than you are suppose to take but I kept getting worse. I was trying to hide just how bad I was doing from my employer (I was a server in a restaurant.)
It got so bad, I wouldn’t take a single unnecessary footstep—I thought I would just live with the pain, but at some point- and I reached that point—you just can’t. The pain was starting to radiate up my leg even. I thought I was done for. I was going to lose my job, and I was supporting myself and helping my two kids with college.

But then luckily, through my network of friends, I found the right help. It turns out that a relative of another one of my friends is a bona-fide expert on Plantar Fasciitis / ‘Heel Spurs’ and several other foot disorders.

After following his advice and getting back to my old self, which happened pretty quickly, I reflected back on my painful (and frightening) experiences. I realized the world was filled with many people who have suffered from this debilitating condition just as much as I have, so here’s what I did:
I did more consulting with experts and further in-depth research into Plantar Fasciitis, and then, working with my long-time friend Saul Fineman, we put the really useful information and ‘key’ details (like you seldom find elsewhere) into this website so that you, the readers, wouldn’t have to keep making the same kinds of mistakes I had made, and thousands of other people keep making, causing them to suffer unnecessarily.

One of the startling things I learned from the experts is that hardly anyone who gets Plantar Fasciitis treats it correctly at first. If you’ve read the various internet blog posts on this subject you’ll soon discover that there are thousands of people out there who have had this condition for years.

But the truth is, most people could be on their way to getting over Plantar Fasciitis pretty quickly. With the right approach, it’s not unusual to start getting a lot better in the very first day or two…even if you have been suffering on your feet for years. I hope the information on this website is as useful to you as it has been to me, and to others who have benefitted from it.
A few important things you should know:

I didn’t invent any of these treatments—I’ve assembled them all from various experts whom I’ve read or have interviewed in person. This site is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. The information is for educational purposes. I encourage people to review this information with their health practitioners.

I’d like to instantly email you two Special Reports which could further support your efforts to recover from Plantar Fasciitis / ‘Heel Spurs’ – heel and arch pain (even if you must be on your feet a lot!)
